We are seeking a motivated Administrative-Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Budaörs. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
YOUR ROLE
As an Administrative & Sales Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our sales and operations team, ensuring smooth daily business processes and excellent client service. Your tasks will include:
Supporting the Sales Executive with organizational, logistical, and administrative duties
Coordinating communication with clients, suppliers, and partners
Processing customer and supplier requests and orders
Preparing sales reports and presentations
Managing order placements, quotes, invoicing, and deliveries
Handling general administrative and logistical tasks across departments
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of a secondary school diploma (high school degree)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Confident written and spoken English
Category B driver’s license
Ability to create well-structured, professional presentations
Bonus If You Have:
Experience in trade, sales, or administration
Knowledge of corporate systems and workflows
